✅ Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

– You received the wrong item.

– Your item arrived damaged or defective (photo proof required).

– Your order never arrived after the maximum shipping window has passed.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be considered for a refund.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

– All perishable and consumable goods (e.g. key limes, salt, goat milk, liver supplements)

– All digital products (eBooks, guides, downloads)

– Any items not reported within 7 days of receipt

📩 How to Request a Refund

Email support@jacobsregeneration.com with:

1. Your full name and order number

2. Description of the issue

3. Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

💳 Approved Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
